DSD project awarded Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize

The Hong Kong Seaside and Riverside Enhancement Scheme – Revitalization of Tsui Ping River and Upgrading of Sewage Facilities in Kwun Tong, a project by the Drainage Services Department (DSD), has been awarded the 21st Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize (Municipal Infrastructure Category).

DSD Signed Contract No. DC/2026/01 “Improvement of Sewage Rising Mains in Hong Kong Island South, Kowloon Central and New Territories East” and Contract No. DC/2026/02 “Improvement of Sewage Rising Mains in Shek O and Tui Min Hoi”

The Drainage Services Department (DSD) signed two works contracts at a total contract sum of about $313 million with Best Build Construction Company Limited on 28 August 2026.
